Ramesh Kumar Naroola
With his long experience as a leading legal consultant and having served on the boards of major multinational companies, invested in India, over the years; Mr. R K Naroola expertly navigated Aarem Tradex through the labyrinth of regulatory requirements by promoting the company along with Ms Rita Mukerji. He has provided distinction, worth and a broad spectrum of business sense and direction to Aarem Tradex besides grooming team mates who have grown to assume positions of responsibility in the board of directors.
Rita Mukerji
A recipient of the Bharat Nirman award for leading women managers and the Mahila Shiromani award for outstanding women entrepreneurs, Ms Rita Mukerji was selected, by Hindustan Unilever (HUL) to found and promote a channel service provider (CSP) company, on account of her proven credentials as a capable and dynamic business professional. Her enterprise, vision and astute business sense enabled Aarem Tradex to grow from strength to strength with the current management being vested in a competent and experienced board of directors.
DIRECTORS
Brij Bhushan Khurana
Mr Brij Bhushan Khurana gathered several years of experience in the hard core areas of retail business and services before joing the Aarem Tradex team. He has a proven flair for customer relations and for welding human assets into a unified and coherent service delivery group.
Rajesh Jain
With a graduate degree in commerce, followed by a degree in business management, Mr. Rajesh Jain, in his capacity as Director, shoulders and discharges the challenging task of ensuring a seamless and smooth transition from the receipt of orders from clients, to ongoing inventory controls and there onwards to timely and satisfactory deliveries.
Vijay Bhargava
Mr. Vijay Bhargava retired from a senior position after a long and successful career in a leading bank. His grasp over financial matters, including cost and inventory management, has greatly assisted the board in running the company on efficacious lines.
Ajit Suri
Mr. Ajit Suri has shared, with Mr. Khurana, numerous years of expert dealings in light manufacturing, retailing and the rendering of services. These qualities have been brought to bear, with good effect, on the functioning of Aarem Tradex and the smooth conduct of the affairs of the company.
